Positive culture, bright future - Senior Manager Own Company Employee Review

As a whole, the entire team at OwnBackup is incredibly helpful, positive, and happy to help in any way. The company prioritizes a fun culture. It's actually one of the values: we take our work seriously but not ourselves. I see this exemplified at all levels of the company. My colleagues are very talented and dedicated to their team. The quality of work coming out of my area is excellent. At least in the New Jersey office, I don't see that people are overworked or stressed out, which tells me that there is good work-life balance. The leadership team is accessible to everyone and overall, this is a pretty flat organization where egos don't seem welcome. If you want to learn things, you will have the opportunity to do so. There is a lot of communication from the leadership team including regular town halls where employees can ask direct questions. The product is highly appreciated by customers and the market for our products is gigantic. This company has a bright future.
