3yWe’re glad to hear you enjoyed MKO and our Bootcamp program. Both of these events are big opportunities for connection and collaboration among our team members. We are always finding new and exciting perks to offer our employees. One of our most recently implemented perks is our summer hours.
When it comes to authenticity, we encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work. One of our major initiatives is building trust through transparency, and we’re working to do this on all levels in different ways. One of which is anonymously surveying our employees to see how they feel about and what they want from the company. In fact, our summer hours, work in our communities, and enhanced benefits came from feedback we received just last month. We will continue to listen to our employee’s transparent feedback and make changes accordingly.
