Pros

"Culture is as important as Results" -- one of our company values says it all. Many think this means we value culture high (which we do), but I know it means we have culture AND results in equal measure. The culture is one of growth and challenge -- and the result is the same. I am really grateful for my opportunity here, and for the growth I've experienced. A final word, nothing feels better than a customer telling me how much of an impact I made for them.

Cons

Growth means growing pains. There is an environment of change to meet the challenges before us. Shifting gears is necessary but jarring. Adjusting to new goals, workflows, and timelines is ultimately just another challenge. Plus fighting off the groans when I say I love my job.
