Pros

I feel valued as an employee, not very often an RN can say that. I am treated fairly and with respect. I like that they offer three different shift times so not everyone is 9-5p this really helps with the commute. The pay is more than fair for the type of work done there, it is a very low stress environment.

Cons

The traffic around RTP can be bad at times. The call center environment can take a little getting used to at first. Some may not like working 5 days a week and not as much PTO offered as the hospitals do. I have been there over a year now and can't think of any other negatives at this time.

Pros

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Cons

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
