Pros
Good line managers - easy to talk with - tried hard to keep moral high Great facilities - clean coffee and break rooms, has excercise room onsite Wonderful people
Cons
Poor financial systems Un-supportive of new ideas, wanted to do it the "old" way Finance department suffers from inbreeding, doesn't know other way of doing things Senior management made unrealistic revenue promises to "owners" and because we couldn't meet those goals everyone got low bonuses
