Pros
Had many opportunities in my 8 years with PPD to work on many different projects. This willingness is what opened doors. Good benefits. Wilmington is a great place to live.
Cons
Almost impossible to get decisions made at times. Company is not very agile. Many mgmt level employees aren't willing to 'rock the boat' so the status quo is what ends up happening a lot. This issue trickles down and impacts the rest of the organization. Culture issues when it comes to technology - small steps are being made recently though.
