Good Transport service, Very Good work life balance, Average learning opportunities, Excellent clarity on study time working, If you belong to Kerala, excellent chances to grow with average performances also; Many managers and HR team belongs to same region.
Cons
TRAINING BOND : Need to sign a bond for 2 years but no particular Training session conducted except the online SOPs. Average managers who themselves don't know many aspects. Associates make fun of managers. Too much of regional Bias and lot of favoring for few regional people. Too much of managerial differences and internal fun making of other managers. Seems like working in a local company. Highest Last moment drop outs rate as compares to other CROs.
