Pros

- I got payed on time. - Nice facility

Cons

- Everything else The work is incredibly repetitive. Normally I would not mind this so much (you know this before you start), if it wasn't for the dreadful working atmosphere. Co-workers tattling about each other just to get ahead, even telling lies about other co-workers. Lot's of gossip also. There's also no room to make any mistakes, no matter how small (for example losing a normal ballpoint pen). Mistakes are punished with public yelling and shaming. Threats are also very common. They treat their workers like toddlers/cheap laborers. Truly. Everything is restricted and limited. Every single little thing. You can't touch the radio, you can't touch the supplies etc. All you may do is sit at your desk and work. Even talking to co-workers will be immediately reprimanded, as is taking breaks in small 'friend'-groups. If you get to take breaks at all. In the beginning you get the PPD-break policy (15 min in morning and afternoon) on paper, but if you take the breaks (even if it's only 10min tops), you'll get yelled at and reprimanded. They also pay horribly. They have very low wages for the sector they are in, and overtime doesn't get payed out unless if it's longer than 30min. There's a reason why there's someone leaving almost every week... Supervisors bullying their teams is really not okay. I was miserable here, as were many of my co-workers. The tension is always noticeable at PPD Global Labs.

Pros

Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

Cons

7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
