Pros
Flexible working hours, remote opportunity, friendly co-workers, established processes, and supportive managers, exposure to different projects as well as different clients.
Cons
For me, it would be the business aspect. Working here feels more like I'm a contractor who is constantly asking my company/manager for more work. In addition to the work, I have to make sure that I am profitable for the company and adequately utilized and not taking more than the budgeted hours for tasks. Also, some major US holidays are not celebrated (eg MLK and President's Day - we are getting Good Friday instead, strangely enough).
