Pros
lower pay tan most CROs, but many incentive (pay out food per diem regardless of used), study bonus, performance bonus, they try to accommodate travel in your region and no micro management. Work was pretty easy.
Cons
low pay, increase is about 2-4% per yr, only a few are promoted.
