      Pros

      Can work from home 1 day a week after 1 year, however I think they have changed that policy (really depends on who your manager is), decent pay for a fresh college graduate, work is not micro-managed

      Cons

      My friends at competing CRO's get to choose their own working hours, for example 9am-6pm or 7am-4pm instead of 8am-5pm but I think they are beginning to allow that at PPD to advocate for more work/life balance

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
