      Pros

      Management is very understanding, helpful and down to earth. Every person is easy to speak with if you have an issue. I went from and office worker to a remote very quickly. Training was intense and stressful especially the tests. But it did help with learning the job.

      Sick time and vacation is combined. High deductible health insurance

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
