      Okay, while it lasted. Able to WFH for some positions.

      Cons

      Rolling layoffs, company wide. Never know when you are next. Most jobs are being outsourced out of the US.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
