Pros
This is a great company to work for, I feel valued as an employee (My Line Manager is the Best!!). Employees work here for many… many… many… years (for example 25+ years, which is often rare in the CRO world), because PPD is a happy place. The study teams are great, and the workload is evenly distributed. I feel supported in my daily tasks. There are always ample resources for any challenges you may encounter, and colleagues are always happy to help. There are several opportunities for career development, and your Line Manager is always supportive. You will never feel alone working at PPD, and lifelong friendships are formed (even if you work remotely).
Cons
I have nothing negative to share about PPD. I have worked here for 5+ years and all 5 years have been wonderful.
