      Good learning experience. Good opportunity right out of college

      Cons

      Terrible team atmosphere, work politics, too much work drama. People don't believe in team work, they love to pull your leg to climb the leader. Seniors bully their juniors and the management keeps telling you to deal with it on your own. Too much work and the salary is bad. If you let your seniors bully you they will promote you and if you stand up against it you will not be promoted or given any raise inspite of all your hardwork

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
