Business Outlook
Pros
Stable company, solid. Great training (probably the best among the industry) great staff, great foundations to promote education among its employees. This is a conservative company that focus on the employee's well being and managers are conscientious about this.
Cons
I would say the only downside is the compensation. Since they prepare the employee so good for their jobs and look for really capable people to perform it I would say that the compensation should be a little bit better.
