      Pros

      It's a desk job. Nice change from working the floor as a nurse. The job is relatively easy mentally and physically. They offer bonuses usually as well.

      Cons

      The cons vary from project to project. I can't speak on any overall cons.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
