good amount of vacation days, allow work from home sometimes depending on manager ***notice that they paid to have a "featured review"
Cons
Layoffs every quarter, management doesn't care about the people who actually do the work Enormous bonuses, salaries and stock options for the guys at the top but the little guy is lucky to get a 1% bump, if anything. Revolving door of upper management. No accountability. IT department is moving all but upper management to India by 2017. H1B visa to green card takes at least 10 years. No training.
