      Stays ahead of competition, looks internally for ways to improve and seeks feedback from employees, results-driven, old silos are quickly falling to be much more collaborative.

      Cons

      If you're afraid of change, this isn't the place for you. Since PTC works hard to stay ahead of the competition nothing is off limits from changing and improving.
