Pros
Flexibility, great work/life balance, smart team members, generous PTO days. Only good for a year or so if you are in the beginning of your career. Don't stay longer than 2 years.
Cons
Way below average pay. Company has lost its direction and keep changing vision every few months. No investment in existing products. Unhappy customers. Mid level managers have no people skills. No incentive program or career development path. You will be stuck in your role, trying to navigate through the red tapes, even if you are super qualified.
