Pros
PTC and its CEO have excellent vision and ability to execute. I came from one of the acquisitions and I am impressed with the level of communication and employee engagement for such a relatively large company.
Cons
PTC is very aggressive in shrinking under-performing lines of business often at the expense of customers and internal morale.
