Pros
PTO is better than average. 20 days PTO accrued in first year. Holidays plus 2 floating holidays and your Bday off.
Cons
Executive Leadership can't make a decision and stick to it, hence the whiplash. They treat their leaders like crap and expect everyone to go along with the program. The CEO acts like a child which is talked about around the globe - pretty sad. He rants and raves at the drop of a hat if anyone disagrees with him. If you aren't a "yes, sir" kind of employee, don't apply!
