They treat contractors badly! - Anonymous employee PTC Employee Review

I worked as a QA for more than a year but on contract basis.I had a team of 20+ people.All of them did same kind of work still had different designations.As a contractor I was treated badly.I wasn't involved in any important tasks.Manager never had much interaction with me and wasn't interested in my growth.I used to sit late till 8pm still nobody bothered to ask me to leave early as a female employee .
