Flexible work environment and global client exposure is the biggest pro while working for PTC.
Cons
The scope of innovation is restricted to an extent. A drive for excellence and innovation is much needed in the center, considering they're emerging as an iot giant on global scale. The company policies and process are still under formulation and improvisation, so do not expect much on that front too. Micro-management in some of the teams.
