Pros
Great culture now that we’ve moved to the Seaport. Open concept allows for collaboration and team building. We’re asked not to eat at our desks which means employees now all eat together in the kitchens — something that rarely happened when we were in Needham. The culture has improved so much since the move.
Cons
Leadership keeps changing corporate strategy which forces all of us to stop what we’re working on and constantly shift gears.
