Great location and people, ever changing strategy and very poor execution - Vice President PTC Employee Review

Executive mgmt. is incapable of growing the company. The revenue is stuck around $1.2B since 2015, even with iOt and AR hype. Very political and good people leave because they are not given proper authority to make a difference. I will stay away from this company. 50% of your time is wasted in dealing with every changing strategy, political processes and lack of customer focus.
