      Pros

      The Uniontown PTC office was a pleasant place to work. Most of the people in/out of the office were helpful and easy to work with. At the time that I worked there, the PTO policy was great and improvements to certain benefits (namely maternity/paternity leave) were being rolled out. I regularly suggest to people that they apply to positions at this location.

      Cons

      My primary reason for leaving was to pursue a different career direction. However, specific to my job at PTC, I could never get clear information on what a career/salary progression could look like.

      Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

      Cons

      Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
