      Great work life balance, good higher management communication, good level of pay and stock option are competitive and good benefits like Espp etc

      Cons

      Appraisal is irregular, processes are sometimes unclear and inter team communication can be improved to make sure employees are aware of progress in other parts of the org

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
