Not the same PTC - Individual Contributor PTC Employee Review

The culture and environment at PTC has degraded significantly in the last 15 months. New leadership with old fashioned ideas, lack of transparency and toxic communication styles have made it difficult for long term employees to remain at the company. One look at the senior leadership team will tell you that there is no place for females or under represented minorities to succeed, with almost all female executives gone, and many URMs let go as part of recent layoffs. I personally know multiple senior females who recently left directly because of poor treatment by male leaders.
