Pros
The team consists of all levels of experience, however the enthusiasm in everyone is equivalent to that of a fresher who are ready to take on any coming opportunity. Onsite opportunity can be created for anyone who spends a fair duration with the organization.
Cons
The appraisals can be not so satisfactory at times, however in a longer run it proves to be a great organization to be at. Better Onsite pay must be considered as an option.
