      Great workplace and I enjoyed getting to meet other fellow teachers and learn from them. They also have so many paid professional development opportunities to choose from!

      Cons

      Communication was sometimes a con, but it just made advocating for yourself all the more important.

      It’s hot in the desert-I spent a long time commuting out because it’s hard to get hired here.
