Pros
Close to transportation and coworkers Benefits are good
Cons
Felt very overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated. Company alignment is very flat, there's a high level of office politics and favoritism. It's very hard for career advancement. The only way to progress is if someone leaves a position and even then it's difficult. Instead of promoting from within and training their employees they look outside the company resulting in low employee moral. The workload is ridiculous because the departments are understaffed. One person is doing the job of two or more and then they wonder why the output is less than par, then employees will get bad performance reviews because they're not maintaining their objectives and goals. Their outlook on their employees is that everyone is replaceable. They have an educational allowance for employees to get their college degrees which is a big joke because after they graduate they don't progress. What's the point? Overall I would only recommend this company to someone I didn't like.
