Pros
Panasonic Avionics is a good company to work for. I work as a software developer and it is one of the best experience as a developer. Benefits / Salary is good and work culture is cool.
Cons
- While you get into the company and if you need Green Card, they may tell you that yes Panasonic will sponsor your GC. But when you enter into your GC phase, you are told by HR that you have to bear all the cost (app. fee/ attorney fee) etc.The total cost for me turns out to be 10,000$ which is a bummer. which other company does that ? .. and you are stuck because you are close to your 6 year H1B.. - They will process your H1B extension.. BUT if you go to your home country for vacation and want your Visa to be stamped.. Bummer.. bear all the cost your self (close to 2500$ inclusive of their super expensive attorney fee )
