Pros
Work is extremely easy, clean, and modest pay. Many of my coworkers view this as a stepping stone while we wait for an airline.
Cons
Challenges revolve around local management changing shifts to make people quit, changes to time off, and favoritism with overtime. HR is only front and never resolve any issues sadly but they are friendly!! Open door policy for local management is to quit if you don't like it here...
