Pros
-See the inside of a huge and sophisticated manufacturing facility. -Battery industry is growing fast. -Fast growing company so if you want to get into management there is probably an opporunity for that.
Cons
-Pressure to stay late (even when your work has been completed). -Poor management of the engineering department. -Little coordination with other departments. Lots of finger pointing. Everyone seems to think the other department is the problem. - Poor guidance for career advancement. -Many engineers are given only simple tasks (i.e. exclusively machine repair)
