      Work half the year (most non- management shifts), great pay/ benefits, some departments easy/ fun.

      Cons

      Many levels of leadership lack character/ integrity, low work ethic (most departments), frequent reprimanding over non- controllable issues, worst attitudes in most areas in all levels.
