      Pros

      Terrible place to work. Management has no clue what they are doing and ruining the business with petty politics and backstabbing. No clue how to fix the current issues or how to move forward except to blame the employees along with playing favorites.

      Cons

      Benefits are OK. 401K match is good. Bonuses used to be good, but they basically have been cancelled.
