Pros
Great benefits, good pay, clean work areas, not a lot of physical hard work, mainly machinery do the work, good work-life balance.
Cons
To earn a promotion you have to have someone to know you on upper management or you have to be friend of some one in middle management, is a good old boys kind of management style. HR does not honor the company policies and let the hourlies get away with anything for the fear of loosing employees.
