Pay hasn't kept up with the market. Little room to advance. Promotions only happen after someone gets fed up and leaves. Bullies are allowed to get away with mistreating coworkers because they're part of the ole boys club. No unified direction. Very stressful. Silos. Every team invents their own wheel.
