Management And HR don't accept feedback from employee, no respect each other, very traditional Japanese management style, micro management, increment with not more than 2% annually. Management will ask you to tight belt , review again your money budget in order to fight inflation. Very stubborn management and a lot gossips between colleague or departments. Because they are too free for gossiping.
