Benefits are great, people are great. Overall a great company to work for!
Cons
Overworked, understaffed, not willing to make human capital investment for long term growth. Work/life balance is currently not in line with founding principles. Teams try to work collaboratively but ultimately end up working independently and in opposition due to too many tasks and not enough heads.
