Pros
pay, benefits, flexible work hours and work from home depending on department, good people.
Cons
Zero growth in finance. There is such a backlog of managers there 10+ years it is almost impossible to grow. Audit is not much better for different reasons. Once your in a spot, your locked into it no matter how many good reviews you have.
