Pros

From what I have heard, it is better than other call centers. Health insurance, bonuses, good salaries, good TLs (on NETELLER side at least), we had the opportunity to submit our team (by language) schedules after discussing it with each other. Customer service representatives have mixed feelings, whereas other departments tend to be satisfied with the company. They let you hang up on customers if they use abusive language.

Cons

They lie to you about career development within the company, because according to the management "the support should stay support" and they prefer to hire people from the outside for other departments, even if they are less qualified or experienced. I saw a lot of people being declined career development, even though they were told something different at their interviews, a lot of hard-working and smart people just left due to this policy. From time to time they allow 4-5 people to move to other departments, just so that they keep the illusion that you can actually move within the company. Working on shifts, TLs press you constantly to reach your targets. A lot of people cheated in order to reach the targets, and the management tolerated that, instead of punishing people. Sometimes they were faking people's results and lowering the quality, so that people cannot receive their bonuses. The work is very monotonous among the departments. No one respects Customer service representatives - neither the clients, nor your colleagues from other departments. You will be treated by them as if you are a person of lower quality, no matter what your background, studies or experience are.

Pros

I recently joined the Paysafe team. My experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was well organized, informative and smooth from the start. The team has been super welcoming and supportive. It is clear that the company values its employees and creates and environment where new team members feel comfortable, included and motivated to succeed.

Cons

As a new employee, there is naturally a lot of information to absorb during the onboarding process, but the support provided has made it manageable and encouraging.

Pros

• The company offers some flexibility with remote/hybrid work options in certain teams. • Exposure to fintech and payment processing technology can be interesting for those new to the industry. • Decent health benefits and standard PTO in many locations.

Cons

• For the third consecutive year, the company has failed to pay out performance bonuses despite meeting or exceeding individual and team targets. It seems that they set very high budgets deliberately so no variable pay is paid. This has significantly impacted morale and trust in leadership. • Compensation overall feels below market rate for the skills required, especially when bonuses (which were promised as part of the total package) are consistently withheld. • Frequent reorganizations and shifting priorities create uncertainty and make it difficult to plan long-term. • Communication from senior leadership about financial performance and bonus decisions has been poor and lacks transparency. • They constantly lay off people to make up for losses in revenue.
