Highly engaged teams - engagement surveys support this too Benefits package - extensive Conferences - great locations with lots of fun Products - massive portfolio of products/brands which employees are encouraged to learn about Career Advancement - development of people more and more a focus in the business, with international career opportunities
Cons
Change - sometimes the level of change can be challenging (but this is a corporate environment) No bourbon in the portfolio HQ Offices over two locations (Purchase/NYC) - has split the HQ business a bit.
