Lack of communication between management and hourly employees doing the actual work. Management and those in supervisory roles need to be re-evaluated as most of them don’t listen to any feedback given and go and do and say what they want without any repercussions. Micromanagement is HIGH. Those with more seniority than you are super condescending. Certain employees get singled out by management and sometimes get embarrassed by said management. Supervisors and management tend to show favoritism to one or two employees and let the rest of us kick dust. Super unprofessional in that aspect.
Not a lot of room for growth, no matter how hard you work.
