Work with very talented individuals.

Cons

Management lack transparency and focus. There was never clear direction and pivoted a lot. Lack of understanding of the market. Cross team collaboration is difficult. Slow release cycles.

Seeing that you've been with us for some years already, the things you say certainly carry some weight. It's good that you've included your division in the review as well, as that allows our managing teams the unique opportunity of some insight in the mind of the talent working with us to improve billions of lives. Furthermore, I do want to encourage you to speak up if you have some ideas on how certain processes can be improved. We strive to provide the working environment in which feedback and input is listened to and taken in consideration - especially so if there are some great ideas attached to it.

Pros

Great company with great work environment. Work quality of life is excellent. Good benefits and good vacation time.

Cons

Lots of change based on changing times. Your way of working will change somewhat at least every couple of years.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
