Terrible Communication and Training. No one seems to know basic company Management and Leadership teams. Training is lacking if non existent in all departments and levels. Their is a blatant disregard for employees and their safety. I was shocked many times by seeing chemicals in areas that pose a safety threat to myself and others. (Not in designated handling areas. Off the line).
Their is a Major lack of respect for others. This company isn’t about its employees at all! Tasks, skills, and expertise of the job are disregarded and management and HR could care less. On multiple occasions I was asked to do a job outside my department and to disregard the priorities of my own, then was reprimanded for not staying in my department and doing my assigned job. I asked multiple times for specific information pertaining to my job and was told to go find it or figure it out for myself. When I asked where I could find that information I was told “I don’t know, go ask the department lead.” Who is the lead? “I don’t know, figure it out” was the response I was given . I asked HR for some resources to help me with acquiring a list of department leads and management to further assist in my job. I was given nothing. But once again told to “figure it out”. Does anyone know who works here or what’s going on? Everyone seems to have a different idea of what should be and needs to be done. Nothing runs cohesively at this particular site.
