Mandatory trainings insist to bring to the attention of the higher official if there any misbehavior of employees, but the worst scenario is misbehavior of managers are not listened by the higher officials and not even the HR. HR is having good rapport with the management team, that is taken as advantage by the managers and doing all the politics, retaliation, misbehavior, unfair treatment of employees, etc. Employees are cornered for troughing out of the company if the employee does not tolerate all such misbehaviors of managers. HR is useless. No respect to the employees. Seen many employees left their job without even getting other Job, all because of these issues. Regarding work culture - it is worst than a government office. Undefined process structure. No relevancy between the qualification and work. All the qualifications and experiences thrown to the dust bin. Experienced and professionally qualified person is equal to a fresher with UG qualification. Politics Politics Politics....... During appointment HR will say that employees are treated good but when we join to the team, work-life balance is not considered. If you are perusing higher studies, you will not get leave for your examinations. Many employees studying higher studies, left the job here as this place is not fit for them. Unorganized night duties. Work load is not balanced. You can not raise any of these issues to your manager nor with HR. Never spoil your life going there.
