Pros
The pay is about the only decent thing about working there. I have nothing else positive to say about Primark.
Cons
Supervisors were very lazy and rude. Was supposed to be on the Tills and was made to fold and pick up knickers every shift. I complained about this as I had previously stated that I enjoyed working on the tills and was told that I was taken off the tills because I was "good at my job" but surely if you are good at something they will keep you on them. To me, being on the tills is a good job because you are interacting with customers and handling money but everyone else working there seemed to think the tills were a bad thing. I constantly worked hard, always on time and never had a day off and I felt this went un-noticed and I got no recognisition for my hard work. Supervisors were constantly standing around talking and not doing any work.
