Very knowledgeable management to learn from, lots of opportunities both in and outside your homecountry. You can grow a lot within a reasonable time frame, and management takes into account your own carreer aspiration as well. Very dynamic and young working environment. You are given full responsibility basically as of the first day.
Cons
Overtimes are not compensated, but typically required driven by the heavy workload you are given, so managing work-life balance and succeeding in your carreer at the same time could be a bit tough.
